| Perky Pie Wrapper with Beatles Souvenir Record |

Many years ago a friend of mine was doing some work on a home. He ripped into a wall and found some garbage. Within the trash he found a wrapper from a Perky French Apple Pie. On the wrapper it says "Special Offer! The Beatle's Record Album. See Card Inside." The card inside says "Souvenir...Beatle Record Album. Four BIG HITS Free (45 RPM). Enclose 12 wrappers or one wrapper and $1.00 to:...." then the address. I was wondering if this is worth anything. It's from either 1964 or 65 (it states the offer expires July 1, 1965). It's not in mint condition, but I've never see anything like it. If anyone can give me any info it would be awesome. Thanks!

I know that the EP was available through the mail from companies like Freetos. If Vee Jay had not marketed the EP that way, the record would have charted and given the company another "hit." The Rare Beatles site lists the CARD at $75. I believe this value was established about 10 years ago, so it may be outdated. They don't mention the wrapper, but I would imagine it's fairly rare (would have normally been immediatly thrown in the trash). I would guess between $50 - $125 depending on condition?
