| Autographs | | Stew on 1/30/08 11:47 PM | Hi all. I was lucky enough to meet the McCartneys in 1978, and got them to sign my "London Town" music book. I also kissed both Linda's hands (on separate days)and Paul spoke two words to me (I may elaborate on that, if pushed). I am interested in the current value of my book; mostly for insurance purposes, and would only part with it if the mortgage demanded it!I also have a banjo-ukulele that the guy who gave it to me said was signed by George Formby (the signature on it looks genuine, as it is wearing away, but I can't guarantee GF signed it himself). I was trying to find out how to give it to George Harrison when he died, so I still have it and will now only part with it for the same reason as above. I look forward to someone replying. Regards and Happy Beateling Stew

The #1 guy in the field of Beatles autographs is Frank Caiazzo. You might google "Beatles Autographs" (in quotes) if you wish to visit his site. You can also find some dealer asking prices and "sold" prices through Google. Remember, though, that just because a dealer WANTS a price, that doesn't mean (s)he'll GET that much for it.
