I agree, it does not appear to be a butcher cover, at least based on these photos. If it was you would be able to see Ringo's black v-neck showing through on the right-middle area of the front cover.

But you have found some cool records there (looks like Abbey Road in shrink wrap underneath Y&T). Cool finds!

Definitely no butcher. The "stereo message" is missing on the back cover. This means that the record came out after Spring, 1967. The butchers were only available in the first batch in June, 1966.

Also, the cover has a "4" on it. There are only a couple of first-state butcher covers with a "4" and NO paste-overs. This is because the Jacksonville, Illinois, pressing plant (whose covers were made by the company using a "4") ordered all their butchers to be destroyed.

No butcher cover, but Yesterday...And Today is still a good album!

So, there isn't a V-Neck on the cover but this one has the Jacksonville plant number and the Stereo Message. Any clues as to when it was made? It does have a glued slick on the top of this, is there simply a white cover below that slick?

There are no Jax paste-overs. The Jacksonville plant had all of their remaining first-state covers destroyed...before the cover-up began. A few (super-rare) Jax first-state copies exist, but no paste-overs.
